1.1 By engaging with Orcas Advertising Pvt Ltd, hereafter referred to as "the Company," you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

3. Pay As You Go Plan

3.1 The Pay As You Go plan can be canceled at any time by the Company if any illegal activities or discrepancies in payment are identified.

3.2 The Company reserves the right to close the client's account and report any identified problems.

3.3 In the event that desired results are not achieved, the client will not be charged the agency fees (20 percent), but the campaign budget spent (80 percent) will not be refunded. This policy applies exclusively to Pay As You Go plans.

4. Compliance with Laws and Privacy

4.1 Campaigns for leads and data generated through advertising are fully compliant with Indian, international, and internet laws.

4.2 The Company strictly adheres to privacy laws on the internet and emphasizes that it does not retain any collected data. In accordance with applicable privacy regulations, the Company is committed to promptly deleting any data upon a valid request from the client, customer, or government.

4.3 All data collection is done with the customer's acceptance and transparency, as communicated through the Company's website, pages, and ads.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 The one-time payment made at the beginning of the plan is nonrefundable after the account and campaign become fully operational.

5.2 A 7-day full refund is provided if an agreement cannot be reached within the initial 7 days of starting the campaign.

6. Contractual Agreement

6.1 A detailed contract outlining the plan, pricing, timeframes, expected results, and other relevant details will be provided to the client/customer/freelancer.

6.2 The contract will be binding and must be signed by both parties. A self-attested national ID card must be attached to finalize the contract.

7. Advertising Course Terms

7.1 The advertising course is a proven successful method used by the Company.

7.2 The Company does not guarantee 100 percent success, as advertising requires time, patience, and testing.

7.3 One-time purchase of the course is non-refundable.

7.4 Add-on side projects are separately paid.

7.5 Both physical and online copies of the course are provided.

9.3 The Company commits to providing continuous assistance to help course participants become successful. However, the level of success ultimately depends on the individual's skills, dedication, and effort.

9.4 Orcas Advertising Pvt Ltd does not guarantee a 100 percent success rate for every participant in the course.
